Orders are placed by La Poste using the "Lettre Suivie" delivery service with tracking, delivered without a signature and deposited directly in the letterbox. Delivery times are given as an indication only.
You will receive the tracking number by e-mail when the parcel leaves, and you will be delivered to your home by La Poste to your letterbox.
The risks related to transport are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the items leave the boutique Nerina Bijoux.
Any protest (damage during transport, condition of the packaging) must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
