The orders are made by La Poste in "Lettre Suivie", delivery service with follow-up, delivery without signature, deposited directly in the mailbox. Delivery times are given as an indication only.

You will receive the tracking number by email at the departure of the package, you will be delivered to your home by La Poste in your mailbox.
The risks related to the transport are at the charge of the purchaser as from the moment when the articles leave the store Nerina Bijoux.
Any protest (damage during transport, state of the packaging) must be made to the carrier within three days from the delivery.
